How do I return an item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Most items can be easily exchanged or returned, provided they are not engraved and are returned in a resalable and unused condition (including box, manuals, and other accessories). If you have received your order and would like to make a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, contact our customer service department for assistance in facilitating the return or exchange.
To make your return or exchange as easy as possible we will assign your return an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number when you contact us. When placed on the outside of your parcel we are able to easily and quickly make the exchange or refund you requested when we receive your parcel. For all returns and exchanges:

  3. Follow the return or exchange instructions in the email that will send you, being sure to write the RMA on the outside of the parcel you are returning to us.
  4. We recommend that you use a trackable method of shipment for all returns, as you are responsible for safe return of your item to us.
  5. will process your return in 3-5 business days after receipt of your parcel and will immediately process a credit to your credit card. Items returned that are used or with missing parts or not in resalable original product box will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15%.

Note that returns sent to us without an RMA number on the outside of the parcel will be returned to sender. Please contact us for the appropriate RMA number.

When will my credit appear on my account?

A merchandise refund credit can take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) taking into account the time it takes your bank to finalize your credit to your account. Contact us at [email protected] if you need further assistance.
