Return & Exchange Policy

At Eyewear & Co, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in offering only 100% authentic and branded eyewear, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and brand boxes intact.

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that products showing signs of wear, scratches, lens damage, or any alterations will not be accepted for return or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Prescription lenses or custom-made products

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Gift cards or store credit


3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@eyewearandco.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and product details.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide confirmation along with the return shipping instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.


4. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or color, we will be happy to assist — provided the requested item is available in stock.
If the replacement item has a price difference, you will be informed to settle the balance accordingly.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In rare cases where you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost after verifying the issue.


7. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
Eyewear & Co is not liable for any items lost or damaged during return transit, so we recommend using a trackable courier service.
