1. Shipping Coverage

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier partners to ensure fast and safe delivery of your eyewear.

For international orders, please contact us at info@eyewearandco.com before placing your order to confirm delivery availability and shipping charges.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details and tracking number.

Please note: During high-demand periods (sales or new arrivals), order processing may take slightly longer.


3. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or location accessibility.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above a specified amount (as mentioned on the website).

  • For smaller orders, a standard delivery fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as remote area delivery fees will be communicated prior to shipment.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

In case of failed deliveries due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.


7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately. Once accepted, any claim for damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photos of the product and packaging.
